COMPLETE TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS KTP-250...2500/10(6)0.4 U3, U1 (general industrial)

Complete transformer substations with a capacity of 250-2500 kVA (hereinafter referred to as KTP), with a HV voltage of 6 or 10 kV and a PN voltage of 0.4 kV are designed for receiving, converting and distributing three-phase alternating amperage electrical energy with a frequency of 50 Hz. KTPs are designed for power supply of industrial facilities in areas with a temperate climate (from -25°C to +40°C).

Climatic type U3 according to GOST15150.


Normal operation of the KTP is ensured under the following conditions:

1. Altitude above sea level – no more than 1000 m;

2. The environment is non-explosive, does not contain conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of the KTP to unacceptable limits;

3. Relative humidity up to 80% at a temperature of +20 ° C;

4. Atmosphere type - II according to GOST15150.

In two-row substations, a busbar bridge is provided. The distance between the facades of opposite rows (on request) is 1800, 2300 or 2800 mm. On request, it is possible to manufacture bus bridges of non-standard sizes.

PVN allows connection to two high-voltage cables with a cross-section of 3x150 mm². On request, it is possible to manufacture PVN of other types - with current transformers, voltage transformers, with high-side metering, pass-through type, with sectioning, with automatic reserve switching, and others.

RUN consists of a set of cabinets:

1) SHNV input cabinet;

2) SHNL outgoing line cabinet;

3) Sectional SHNS cabinets - only for two-transformer KTP;

4) Busbars - only for two-row two-transformer KTP;

5) Metering cabinet - on request;

6) Alarm cabinet – on request.

Automatic circuit breakers are installed in RUNN cabinets: on the input and sectioning - withdrawable type; on the outgoing lines - stationary or withdrawable type. Relay equipment, ammeters, voltmeters and metering are located in the upper part of the cabinet. On request, metering is possible in a separate cabinet. The design of RUNN cabinets with stationary circuit breakers ensures that the circuit breaker drives can be operated with the doors closed.

RUNN cabinets provide the ability to connect cables with a diameter of up to 150 mm² in quantities that ensure the rated current of each circuit breaker is removed.

SHNV cabinets (on request) provide the ability to connect busbars.

Two-transformer KTPs provide sectioning and (on request) automatic input of reserve.

Overload protection is provided on request in KTPs. Upon request, the product is equipped with reactive power compensation units.
