COMPLETE TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS KTPB-400...2500/10(6)0.4 U1 (for city networks) block
One, two or four transformer, single or double row complete transformer substations block with a capacity from 400 to 2500 kVA with a HV voltage of 6 or 10 kV and a LV voltage of 0.4 kV. Designed for receiving, converting and distributing three-phase alternating current electrical energy with a frequency of 50 Hz in systems with a dead-earthed neutral of the transformer on the low voltage side.
Climatic type U1 according to GOST15150.
Normal operation of the KTPB is ensured under the following conditions:
- Altitude above sea level - no more than 1000 m;
- The environment is non-explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of the KTP to unacceptable limits;
wind speed up to 36 m/s (wind pressure speed up to 800 Pa); - Atmosphere type - II according to GOST 15150.
- KTPB is two or more block modules installed on a foundation with electrical connections fully mounted within the blocks.
The block-modular building serves as a protective shell for the components installed in it, inside which conditions are maintained that meet the operating conditions of the KTP. The KTPB is equipped with lighting, heating and artificial ventilation on request. To control and regulate lighting, heating and artificial ventilation inside the KTP there is a cabinet for personal needs.
The KTP is supplied in block-modular cabins of high factory readiness, sheathed with profiled sheet panels or sandwich panels. Power transformers, high and low voltage cabinets are installed in the cabins. Oil receivers are installed under the power transformers, designed to receive at least 20% of the transformer oil.
In the high-voltage compartment of the KTP, a KSV-306 with load switches, disconnectors or vacuum switches can be installed or high-voltage SHVV with load switches or vacuum switches can be installed in the input cabinets.
In the low-voltage compartment of the KTP, Shcho-06 or KTP of general industrial type of climatic design U3 can be installed.
KTP inputs and outputs are cable.
The KTP delivery set includes power transformers.
The modular building blocks are joined by means of their displacement. For KPTB with a capacity of 1600 and 2500 kVA, additional blocks are installed above the transformers to improve heat exchange and cooling of the transformers.
