OIL TRANSFORMERS TM 25-1000/10(6)/0.4 U1
TM oil-immersed transformers are available with a capacity of 25 to 1000 kVA with a rated primary winding voltage of 6 or 10 kV and a rated secondary winding voltage of 0.4 or 0.23 kV at a frequency of 50 Hz. The scheme and group of winding connections are U/Un-0 or D/Un-11.
Type of climatic design U1 according to GOST 15150.
Normal operation of transformers is ensured under the following conditions:
1. Altitude above sea level - no more than 1000 m;
2. The environment is non-explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of the transformer substation within unacceptable limits;
3. Wind speed up to 36 m/s (wind pressure speed up to 800 Pa);
4. Atmosphere type - II according to GOST15150;
5. Ambient temperature - from - 45 ° C to +40 ° C.
Voltage regulation is carried out by switching without excitation (PBV) with the transformer disconnected from the network both from the higher and lower voltage sides. The voltage is regulated by the higher voltage by ±2x2.5% of the nominal value.
Transformer input for outdoor installation, removable, porcelain bushing insulators. At currents of 630 and 2500A, contact clamps with a blade are attached to the conductive rods, which ensures the connection of a busbar or cable lugs.
The oil expander ensures the presence of oil in all transformer operating modes and ambient temperature fluctuations, and also has a built-in air dryer with an oil seal.
A thermometer is installed on the cover to measure the temperature of the upper layers of oil.
Transformers with a capacity of 400 to 2500 kVA are equipped with skates.
